Work
I’ve had the pleasure of working a varied career, in startups, in-house, and consulting across a wide range of clients. I believe design is a fundamental key to creating a better future, and it's the driving force behind why I do what I do. I strive to work on projects that help make the world a more sustainable, equal, and joyous place.

I’m a strategic thinker, a problem-solver, and a big-ideas visionary. I balance myself between doing the doing - leading teams designing services and products that improve people’s lives and the world around us - and design leadership - fostering the next generation of design and creating a working space conducive for personal growth, inclusivity, and innovation.
PlayStation
As of 2022 I’ve stepped away from agency life to work in-house at PlayStation. As Senior Experience Design Manager for Partners PDG, I lead an international team of talented designers across the UK and the USA working on the backend Enterprise Partners Tools.

Everything is top secret, so that’s about as much as I can say about it. ;)
Consulting
For the better part of a decade, before joining PlayStation, I had the priviledge of working in UX Consulting at Webcredible, Inviqa, and as a freelancer.

During that time I had the pleasure of working with a vast array of clients, across many industries. Below are a select few projects I’m proud to have worked on during this time.
Teaching
I began teaching early in my career through Webcredible’s Training Academy, developing my facilitation and workshop skills. In hindsight, it was one of the best things for my career, because it accelerated my design and facilitation chops at an exponential speed.

I’m a learning geek; I love to learn, and therefore I love sharing what I’ve learned through teaching. My courses are informative and collaborative, with a mix of lecturing the theory and workshopping the practice.
If you’re interested in training for your team I’d love to chat! Don't see the course you're looking for? I can tailor and custom courses based on your needs
